Erika Umane, PA-C, is an experienced Physician Assistant with over 15 years of practice alongside Dr. Labruna in Manhattan. She earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University and her Master’s degree in Health Sciences, with a focus on Physician Assistant studies, from Weill Cornell.Erika is known for her refined aesthetic judgment and commitment to natural, understated results. She works closely with Dr. Labruna, where her precision and consistency contribute to exceptional patient outcomes. In addition to her surgical role, she specializes in advanced non-surgical treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser procedures, Emsculpt, and XERF treatments, utilizing the latest technology to deliver subtle, effective enhancements.

Her approach is meticulous and highly individualized, with a focus on balance, proportion, and long-term results. Erika is trusted by patients for her discretion, technical expertise, and ability to create outcomes that are both elevated and natural.

Emma Fellows, PA-C, joined Manhattan Plastic Surgery in 2023. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, where she studied Movement Science and Public Health, before completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Weill Cornell Medicine, where she was granted the clinical academic excellence award for her patient centered, compassionate care.

Since beginning her clinical practice in 2023, Emma has worked alongside Dr. LaBruna, Dr. Terner, and Dr. Lotfi, playing an integral role in the surgical care of patients throughout every stage of their experience. She is deeply committed to delivering safe, exceptional outcomes, combining meticulous technique with clear patient education and seamless continuity of care to ensure each patient feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their surgical journey.

Emma’s thoughtful, patient-centered approach is also demonstrated in her non-surgical techniques, aimed at enhancing natural beauty with subtle, harmonious results. She is highly trained in a wide range of advanced aesthetic procedures, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Radiesse, Emsculpt, XERF, microneedling, and laser treatments. She takes the time to truly understand each individual’s goals, concerns, and lifestyle, allowing her to design customized treatment plans that enhance natural features while maintaining balance and harmony. Michelle Chen, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a diverse background in surgical and aesthetic medicine. She gained experience in neurosurgery at Weill Cornell and worked in leading dermatology practices and medical spas throughout New York City prior to joining Manhattan Plastic Surgery.

She obtained her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her Physician Assistant training at Weill Cornell Medicine. Michelle works closely alongside Dr. Terner, playing an integral role in delivering safe, precise, and exceptional surgical outcomes. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive support, education, and guidance, ensuring patients feel confident and informed throughout their journey.

In addition to her surgical expertise, Michelle specializes in non-surgical cosmetic treatments aimed at achieving natural, balanced results. Her services include, skin rejuvenation, Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, Emsculpt, and non-surgical skin tightening and lifting with XERF. With a refined aesthetic eye, she focuses on enhancing each patient’s natural beauty with subtle, harmonious results.
