Breast Augmentation

Also known as augmentation mammoplasty, breast augmentation is a surgical procedure that is designed to enhance the size, shape and overall appearance of a woman’s breasts using implants. There are different types of implants available, and which is right for you will be decided at your consultation appointment. There are two main varieties of implants used in breast augmentation surgery: silicone and saline.

Breast Lift

Breasts are made from soft tissue that is held in place by our skin. As we get older, our skin loses stretches and loses some of its elasticity, meaning that it is no longer as successful at supporting heavier breast tissue. Weight loss, pregnancy, and breastfeeding can also impact on the size and positioning of breasts as the skin stretches to accommodate heavier breasts and fails to completely retract when the breasts become smaller.

Whether performed as a standalone procedure, or in conjunction with a breast augmentation, a breast lift can restore a perkier, firmer and more aesthetically pleasing shape and position to sagging breasts.
